Discourse analysis of gender-balanced language in the German language environment

Abstrakt: Predmetná štúdia sa zaoberá problematikou inkluzívneho/rodovo vyváženého jazyka v nemeckom jazykovom prostredí na pozadí zmien, ku ktorým dochádza v nemčine pod vplyvom feministickej a genderovej lingvistiky a medzinárodnej politiky zameranej na inkluzívny jazyk. V centre pozornosti stojí analýza diskurzu k problematike rodovo vyváženého jazyka s cieľom poukázať na špecifiká spoločenskej a odbornej diskusie v nemecky hovoriacom prostredí. V snahe poukázať na súčasnú prax uplatňovania rodovo symetrických jazykových foriem v pluricentrickom kontexte sú na záver prezentované výsledky korpusovej analýzy textov nemeckých, rakúskych a švajčiarskych novín v Nemeckom referenčnom korpuse DeReko.

Abstract: The present study highlights the issue of inclusive/gender-balanced language in the German linguistic environment against the background of the changes taking place in German under the influence of feminist linguistics and international policies aimed at inclusive language. The focus is on a discourse analysis on the issue of gender-balanced language in order to highlight the specificities of social and professional discourse in the German-speaking environment. In an attempt to document the application of gender-symmetrical linguistic forms in a pluricentric context, the results of a corpus analysis of German, Austrian and Swiss newspapers in the German reference corpus DeReKo are presented.

Development of Children's Drawing and The Specifics of Artistic Expression of Children With Developmental Learning Disabilities and Behavioral Disorders

Abstrakt: Predkladaný príspevok popisuje vývin detskej kresby v komparácií rôznych štadiálnych pohľadov a prístupov. Konkrétne sa venuje špecifikám výtvarného prejavu detí s vývinovými poruchami učenia a správania. Zmieňuje možnosti diagnostiky týchto porúch mimo iné aj prostredníctvom detských artefaktov a projektívnych grafických testov. Na záver ponúka alternatívu arteterapeutickej intervencie u tejto skupiny detí, ktorá si vyžaduje poznanie jednotlivých štádií výtvarnej ontogenézy.

Abstract: The presented article describes the development of children's drawing in a comparison of different standard views and approaches. Specifically, it deals with the specifics of artistic expression of children with learning disabilities and behavioral disorders. It mentions the possibilities of diagnosing these disorders through children's artifacts and projective graphic tests. Finally, it offers an alternative art therapy intervention for this group of children based on knowledge of the various stages of drawing ontogenesis.

Discrimination against minority groups in relation to health, health literacy and access to health care

Abstrakt: Rasová diskriminácia ovplyvňuje minoritné skupiny na celom svete a je známe, že má negatívny dopad na psychické aj fyzické zdravie, čo je predpokladom vzniku a pretrvávania nerovností v zdraví. Keďže tieto nerovnosti z dôvodu rasy/etnicity sú neoprávnené a neprípustné, je potrebné poznať dôsledky nerovnakého prístupu k zdravotnej starostlivosti, aby bolo možné implementovať intervencie na zmiernenie (ideálne odstránenie) tohto biasu.

Abstract: Racial discrimination affects minority groups around the world and is known to have a negative impact on mental and physical health, which is a prerequisite for the emergence and persistence of health inequalities. As these inequalities due to race / ethnicity are unjustified and unacceptable, it is necessary to know the consequences of unequal access to health care in order to implement interventions to reduce (ideally eliminate) this bias.

The co-teaching method in the education of pupils with special educational needs in Baden-Württembeg, German

Abstrakt: Studie se věnuje co-teachingu v kontextu vzdělávání dětí se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami na příkladu situace v německé spolkové zemi Baden-Württemberg. V článku jsou nejprve stručně představena legislativní východiska inkluzivního vzdělávání v Německu, dále text představuje základní druhy co-teachingu a reflektuje jejich využitelnost v oblasti speciálního vzdělávání. Data o situaci v Německu byla sbírána pomocí rozhovorů s experty a dále zpracovávána v rámci výzkumu metody co-teaching, který realizuje tým Univerzity Karlovy, katedry andragogiky a managementu pedagogické fakulty.

Abstract: The study focuses on co-teaching in the context of education for children with special educational needs, using the situation in the German state of Baden-Württemberg as an example. The article first briefly introduces the legislative background of inclusive education in Germany, then the text presents the basic types of co-teaching and reflects on their applicability in the field of special education. Data on the situation in Germany were collected through interviews with experts and further processed in the framework of research on the co-teaching method, which is being carried out by a team from Charles University, Department of Andragogy and Management, Faculty of Education.

Cooperation as a principle of managerial ethics

Abstrakt: Štúdia sa snaží objasniť, zdôvodniť a obhájiť uplatňovanie zásad spolupráce ako etického prístupu v riadiacej manažérskej práci, vo vzťahu k podriadeným pracovníkom. Východiskom je identifikácia ekonomického opodstatnenia a predpokladov manažérskej orientácie na spoluprácu, následne štúdia odkrýva implikácie a podobu takéhoto prístupu v jeho zameraní na zamestnancov a kvalitu pracovných vzťahov. V závere kriticky poukazuje na limity a obmedzenia, ktoré pre takýto manažérsky prístup predstavujú súčasné flexibilizované organizačné formy práce a uplatňovanie konkurenčných vzťahov v pracovnej skupine.

Abstract:
The study seeks to clarify, justify and defend the application of the principles of cooperation as an ethical approach in managerial work, in relation to subordinates. The starting point is the identification of economic justification and assumptions of managerial orientation to cooperation, then the study reveals the implications and form of such an approach in its focus on employees and the quality of work relationships. In conclusion, he critically points out the limits and limitations that the current flexible organizational forms of work and the application of competitive relationships in the working group represent for such a managerial approach.

Deportation of Ruthenians from Poland to the unknown

Abstrakt: Rusíni sú národnostnou menšinou, ktorá je roztrúsená po celom svete. Svoje najväčšie zastúpenie má v štátoch ako je Slovensko, Poľsko, Ukrajina, Srbsko, Chorvátsko a Rumunsko. Osídľovať oblasti dnešného Poľska a Slovenska začali od polovici 15. storočia. Ide o národnostnú menšinu, ktorá ma vlastnú kultúru, jazyk, tradície, symboly a byzantský obrad. ¹ Na území Poľska žijú Lemkovia. Tento pojem je označením pre tamojšiu rusínsku národnostnú menšinu. Častokrát sa v Poľsku nazývali a nazývajú ako Lemkovia alebo Rusíni. V tejto kazuistike ich budeme označovať obomi názvami. Počas svojej histórie boli tri vysídľujúce deportácie Rusínov. Medzi najznámejšie deportácie patrí akcia Visla. Tá nedemokratickým a neľudským spôsobom urýchlila asimiláciu tejto menšiny. Cieľom tejto akcie bola aj likvidácia tamojšej Gréckokatolíckej cirkvi. Táto deportácia do „neznáma“ spôsobila nemálo existenčným problémov v živote samotných Rusínov a ich rodín.

Abstract: Ruthenians are a national minority that is scattered around the world. It has its largest representation in countries such as Slovakia, Poland, Ukraine, Serbia, Croatia and Romania. Settlement of the areas of today's Poland and Slovakia began in the middle of the 15th century. It is a national minority that has its own culture, language, traditions, symbols and Byzantine rite. ¹Lemkos live in Poland. This term is a designation for the Ruthenian national minority there. They were often called and referred to in Poland as Lemkos or Ruthenians. In this case study, we will refer to them by both names. During their history, there have been three displaced deportations of Ruthenians. The Visla event is one of the most famous deportations. It accelerated the assimilation of this minority in an undemocratic and inhuman way. The aim of this event was also the liquidation of the local Greek Catholic Church. This deportation into the "unknown" caused many existential problems in the lives of the Ruthenians themselves and their families.

Theoretical background of the importance of education of social workers in the issue of diseases of civilization

Abstrakt: Civilizačné ochorenia majú veľký vplyv na kvalitu nášho života, na naše zdravie, rovnako aj na našu sociálno-ekonomickú situáciu. Je potrebné, aby si sociálni pracovníci osvojili široké spektrum vedomostí, zručností a kompetencií v oblasti problematiky civilizačných ochorení, ktoré im uľahčí prácu s klientmi, ktorí trpia civilizačným ochorením. V tomto článku sa budeme venovať významu vzdelávania sociálnych pracovníkov v problematike civilizačných ochorení. Sme presvedčení, že táto problematika sa týka každého z nás, a to vzhľadom na neustály nárast civilizačných ochorení a ich potrebu komplexného riešenia. Môžeme jednoznačne poukázať na skutočnosť, že vzdelávanie sociálnych pracovníkov v tejto oblasti je nevyhnutné, pretože v značnej miere ovplyvňuje odbornosť a profesionalitu sociálneho pracovníka. Nadobudnuté vedomosti zo vzdelávania pomáhajú sociálnym pracovníkom v praxi pri práci s klientom. Vzdelávanie by sa malo zamerať na jednotlivé druhy civilizačných ochorení, a ich sprievodné symptómy a javy, zároveň treba mať na pamäti a vyzdvihnúť dôležitosť prevencie civilizačných ochorení, a to predovšetkým správnou životosprávou. Problematika civilizačných ochorení je komplexným celospoločenským problémom.

Abstract: Civilization diseases have a great impact on our life quality, our health as well as our socio-economic situation. It is necessary for social workers to acquire a wide range of knowledge, skills and competences in the field of civilization diseases that will make them easier with clients who suffer from civilization disease. In this article, we will pay the importance of social workers' education in civilization diseases. We are convinced that this issue concerns each of us, given the constant increase in civilization diseases and their need for comprehensive solutions. We can unequivocally point out that the education of social workers in this area is essential because it is largely affected by the expertise and professionalism of the social worker. The acquired knowledge of education helps social workers in practice when working with the client. Education should focus on individual kinds of civilization diseases, and their accompanying symptoms and phenomena, while remembered and to highlight the importance of prevention of civilization diseases, especially correct lifetime. Civilization diseases issues is a comprehensive worldwide problem.

Abstract: Submitted article analyses the term “value“, its definition, history, its division and classes, and lastly its relationship towards literature. The aim is to examine how literature expresses and disseminates values and how literary work could impact reader´s hierarchy of values. Furthermore, the article also advises what is necessary to take into consideration before potentially starting a research of values.

Osobnostní charakteristiky člověka vycházejí z genetických kořenů a jsou dále modifikovány prostředím v nejširším smyslu slova tak, aby optimalizovaly schopnost přizpůsobení, přežití, reprodukčního úspěchu a delšího dožití. Totéž můžeme předpokládat také u ostatních, zejména blízkých druhů. Člověk se nevyznačuje tak silnou přítomností vlastnosti zvané dominance, jako jeho non-humánní příbuzní, u nichž to vede k hierarchicky uspořádanému společenství; lidské společenství je mnohem rovnostářštější.

Srovnávací studie mohou určit a upřesnit některé selektivní tlaky, které přispěly u jednotlivých druhů k společným nebo naopak rozdílným charakteristikám. Přestože delfín skákavý, Tursiops truncatus, má posledního společného předka s primáty před 95 miliony let a od té doby také žije ve zcela jiném prostředí, připomínají některé jeho psychosociální a kognitivní charakteristiky vlastnosti non-humánních primátů. Podobně jako šimpanzi, Pan troglodytes, žijí ve společenstvích, která se sdružují a za jistých okolností rozdělují (fůze a štěpení), mají velké mozky a používají nástroje.

Priama demokracia ako concept

Annotation: The paper focuses on Direct democracy as a concept. It is divided into two relatively separate parts. The paper aims to acquaint the reader with the very concept of direct democracy, especially with the emphasis on forms of direct democracy prevailing in territorial conditions of countries with a democratic system of government.

Anotácia: Príspevok sa zameriava na tému priamej demokracie ako concept. Je rozdelený do dvoch relatívne samostatných častí. Cieľom príspevku je predovšetkým čitateľa oboznámiť so samotným konceptom priamej demokracie a to predovšetkým s dôrazom na formy priamej demokracie prevládajúce v územných podmienkach krajín s demokratickým štátnym zriadením.

A look at the definition of the terms of culture and cultural system

Abstrakt: Vymedziť pojem kultúra sa zdá na prvý pohľad jednoduchá úloha. V skutočnosti ale na definovanie tohto pojmu nie je jednotný pohľad. O to viac, že kultúra je vlastne systémom a tak obsahuje aj rôzne subsystémy. V tomto článku sa snažíme priniesť jedno z chápaní kultúry a kultúrneho systému vychádzajúc z rôznych pohľadov a aj skúseností.

Membership in youth subcultures

Abstrakt: Príspevok za zaoberá špecifickou skupinou mladých ľudí – členmi rôznych subkultúr mládeže. Jeho cieľom nie je venovať sa konkrétnym subkultúram, ale pozrieť sa na ne ako na celok, na ich definovanie, vymedzenie a vo svojej druhej časti na členstvo v mládežníckych subkultúrach a jeho druhy. Považujeme za dôležité poznať práve druhy členstva v subkultúrach a to, ako sa prejavujú, nakoľko od toho často závisí aj správne nastavenie prevencie rizík, ktoré sa môžu so subkultúrami spájať.

Abstract: The contribution deals with a specific group of young people - members of different youth subcultures. Wisdom as an ideal goal of adult education and learning

Abstrakt: Autori chápu múdrosť ako ideálny cieľ všetkých (auto)formatívnych snáh tak v dospelosti, ako aj počas celého života človeka. Múdrosť považujú za najvyššiu schopnosť operatívneho a duchovno-etického zvládania úloh v nekonečnej rozmanitosti rýchlo sa meniacej pracovnej a životnej reality. Autori ponúkajú úvahu nad múdrosťou, jej významom a nad možnosťami, ako sa k nej priblížiť pomocou vzdelávania a učenia sa dospelých.

Abstract: The authors understand wisdom as the ideal goal of all (auto)formative endeavors, both in adulthood and throughout the life of an individual. They consider wisdom to be the ultimate ability of operative and spiritual-ethical management of tasks in the infinite variety of rapidly changing work and life realities. The authors offer a reflection of wisdom, its meaning and ways in which it can be approached through adult education and learning.

Sketch of the relationship between the concepts of ethics and artificial intelligence

Abstrakt: Cieľom tohto príspevku je analýza základných pojmov etiky umelej inteligencie. Vzhľadom k tomu, že táto téma je súčasťou aplikovanej etiky, je nevyhnutné formulovať v tomto kontexte základné pojmy, s ktorými pracuje etika umelej inteligencie. Vychádzame pritom z futurologickej paradigmy, ktorá sa vyznačuje tým, že je otvorená viacerým možným víziám fungovania sveta. Etika má využitie v mnohých odvetviach a odboroch, a v posledných desaťročiach sa stáva témou v kontexte umelej inteligencie. Po preštudovaní literatúry som zistila istú nejednotnosť v pojmoch, preto sa v tomto príspevku pokúsim načrtnúť možnosti jednotlivých odborných termínov z pozície etiky. V prvých častiach práce sa zameriavam na vysvetlenie samotného pojmu človek, umelá inteligencia a etika, v nasledujúcej časti ich dávam do vzájomného vzťahu. Ide o náčrt možného chápania nových vzťahov v rámci novo formulovanej budúcnosti. Použili sme metódu teoretickej analýzy internetových textov, kníh a odborných štúdií. V rámci práce sme používali aj logicko-vecnú analýzu, na základe ktorej sme spájali poznatky do návrhov rozšírených, prípadne nových možných definícií pojmov, vzťahujúcich sa k etike umelej inteligencie.

Abstract: The aim of this paper is to analyze the basic concepts of artificial intelligence ethics. Given that this topic is part of applied ethics, it is necessary to formulate in this context the basic concepts with which the ethics of artificial intelligence works. We start from the futurological paradigm, which is characterized by the fact that it is open to several possible visions of the functioning of the world. Ethics has applications in many industries and disciplines, and in recent decades it has become a topic in the context of artificial intelligence. After studying the literature, I found a certain inconsistency in terms, so in this article I will try to outline the possibilities of individual technical terms from the position of ethics. In the first parts of the work I focus on explaining the very concept of man, artificial intelligence and ethics, in the following part I put them into a relationship. It is an outline of a possible understanding of new relationships within a newly formulated future. We used the method of theoretical analysis of Internet texts, books and professional studies. As part of the work, we also used a logical-factual analysis, on the basis of which we combined knowledge into proposals for extended or new possible definitions of terms related to the ethics of artificial intelligence.

Abstract: In this paper we present the author´s innovative concept The educational social work, characterizes the social reality of people in the postmodern age which creates a new identity of social work and a new identity of social client. We based on the assumption that the most effective ways and means of social help is lifelong learning and social education of adults. Justifies the inclusion of the educational social work in the system of social work as the science and emphasize the practical necesity of educational social help to adults.

Abstrakt: V príspevku prezentujeme autorský inovatívny koncept Edukačná sociálna práca, charakterizujeme sociálnu realitu ľudí v súčasnej dobe, v ktorej sa formuje nová identita sociálnej práce a nová identita sociálneho klienta. Vychádzame z predpokladu, že najúčinnejším spôsobom i prostriedkom sociálnej pomoci je celoživotné učenie sa a sociálna edukácia dospelých ľudí. Zdôvodňujeme zaradenie edukačnej sociálnej práce v systéme vedy sociálna práca a zdôrazňujeme praktickú potrebnosť edukačnej sociálnej pomoci dospelým.
